Caroline was born in West Virginia and moved to Vermont with her family 20 years ago. She attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA where she studied Health Sciences and Sport Studies with the dream of coaching track and field at the D1 college level.

Caroline grew up in a sports-oriented family, going to her brother’s football games and track meets all throughout their high school and college careers. She started out as a dancer and had no interest in sports until her freshman year of high school. She competed in track and field at Milton High School in the throws and returned to Milton, VT post high school graduation and coached their middle school team for 2 years. She worked with the Liberty University track team and was glad to get the behind the scenes look at sports on a college level. When she returned to Vermont in 2023, she was an Assistant Track Coach at Missisquoi Valley Union High School and helped coach one of their athletes all the way to the New England Championship. She felt that she was well on her way to writing the story of becoming a college coach.

But when Caroline had the opportunity to Intern with FCA Vermont the summer of 2023, the Lord used that experience to grow her and show that her passion for coaching and leading young athletes could be used to share the good news Jesus! After the internship was over, she felt God calling her to join Him in what He is doing through FCA in Vermont. So, she answered the call to join FCA staff in February of 2023. She has seen the amazing impact FCA has had on athletes and she’s so excited for all God will use her for in this ministry!
